Climate change could expose 1 billion more people to bug-borne diseases, study says  WLOS

About a billion more people might be exposed to mosquito-borne diseases as temperatures continue to rise with climate change, according to a new study.

Roy Adams, Ph.D., from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, and colleagues conducted a cohort study to examine whether thyrotoxicosis is associated with an increased risk for cognitive disorders.
